We are currently working on the design and engineering for our first passive home renovation! (Low emission, low energy, and eco-friendly homes.)
This unique project will involve:
- an engineered and fully insulated concrete foundation
- moving an existing home onto the new foundation
- completing a small addition
- complete new exterior shell
- refinishing the home with James Hardie siding
- a steel roof
